Uses
- Outstanding absorption capacity

Positives
- Both sides of the dressing can be applied to the wound
- The product does not contain any pharmacologically active substances and is free of binders or adhesives
- Can hold up to 2L of fluid or 1L under compression
Limitations
- Can we be used under compression (with less absorption)
- You must be gentle removing the dressing if using it as a primary dressing (it will adhere to slough and on removal will ‘soft debride’).
Precautions

- Do not use on minimal to low exudating wounds
