    This particular patient is in her 90's which means the aim of the dressing is the maintain her current level of ADLs and minimise pain.

    Prepare Sterile Field

    Prepare your sterile field with your sterile products

    Clean with Debrisoft

    Clean with debrisoft and diluted betadine (think bad fake tan colour)

    Apply Urgo Clean Ag

    Apply Urgo Clean Ag with the sticky side DOWN. Can be placed slightly on good skin and can overlap.

    Wrap with Zetuvit

    Secure with Tubular Form

    Secure with tubular form. One piece from the toes to just below the calf and then another piece from the ankle to just below the knee. You will need 2 different sizes
