Remove stubborn slough and promote granulation tissue whilst allowing the patient to wear appropriate foot ware

Step 1

Clean the wound

Clean the wound with normal saline and dry and then clean with octenilin and leave

Dressing Pack (Small),Normal Saline,Octenilin Wound Irrigation Solution (350ml)

Step 2

Cut the Urgo Clean Ag

The wound has a small amount of depth to it. To solve this issue cut a piece of Urgo Clean Ag to the size of the inner divot and place it in the wound and then lay the remainder of the dressing on top of the first piece. The dressing will vertically wick fluid away
