Step 1

Clean the wound

Clean the wound with normal saline and dry and then clean with octenilin and leave

Cut the Urgo Clean Ag

The wound has a small amount of depth to it. To solve this issue cut a piece of Urgo Clean Ag to the size of the inner divot and place it in the wound and then lay the remainder of the dressing on top of the first piece. The dressing will vertically wick fluid away

Apply Biatain non-adhesive

You could use a zetuvit however this increases the bulkiness of the dressing

Secure

Use hypafix to secure the dressing. (REMEMBER you must use a remover spray or wipe when removing the dressing)
