Erosion of the SPC insertion site

Patient has a long standing SPC that had been changed twice in the last 2 weeks due to bacterial growth. SPC had been alternated from left to right every alternate day. The tension was being caused by the patient's abdominal fold over the SPC causing it to go taught. This caused a the erosion.
