Uses
- Large wound deficits
- Over split skin graft donor site (put on during surgery once skin has been harvested – a interface is required between the kerlix and the wound bed otherwise it will adhere to the bed as it stays in place for 10-14 days)

- Can go rock hard once exudate has been absorbed and dried out
