Uses
- Preparation for radiotherapy if the skin has broken down and has formed slough
- Friable epidermis

- Can aid in reducing skin degradation in highly friable patients
- Aids in wound care by increasing water retention
Limitations
- Be careful around stacking dressings on top of cream as it can remove it. If possible allow the cream to absorb and then continue with he primary dressing
